Payment

Shipping by sea freight.
Shipping terms: EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP based on differenct countries or regions, or customer request.
Shipping time about 30-50 days depands on differenct countries or regions.

We offer one year hardware warranty and life long tech support.
For non-artificial damage, within the 1st month of use, we are responsible for the cost and shipping of the parts, and extend the warranty period.
From 2nd month to 1 year, we are responsible the parts , and the customer needs to pay the freight of the parts, or we can discuss according to the actual situation.
For Man-made damage, and after 1 year use, customers need to pay the cost of parts and freight.
The machine upgrades online and we can solve software problems remotely.
We will make group chat with your team member and our after sales engineer, to guide customer to set up and provide a fast and great after sale service.
